Anyone can learn mental health
Our Origin
The original idea of an anonymous, microlearning app for mental health originated from a high school teenager, Ana, who saw no easy way for kids to learn coping skills in a safe and “profile-free” environment. After 24 months of development and use case testing the MentalFlow application was born.
Drawing upon the expertise, research and emerging science of human performance, MentalFlow members worked with mental health experts, leadership coaches, technologists and respected psychologists in the development of microlearning mental health.
We are committed to leveraging the power microlearning to develop a more resilient and higher performing population.
